My name is Louis J. Robinson, III known to many close friends and family as Rob.  I am an Army veteran whom, along with my wife (Barbara), started this business in 2002.   Some of you may remember us from the "corner" or "in the cut" located at the intersection of  Meriwether Street and East Carver Street.   At that time, it was only me, my wife, and daughter, Nikki.    My other two daughters (Lavasia and Danielle) helped out occasionally.   Now the business has grown and we now have added five employees.

 

You may have seen us at North Carolina Central University homecoming and football games; North Carolina A&T Homecoming; World Beer Fest in Raleigh and Durham;  African American Cultural Festival; Ft. Bragg 4th of July Celebration; Beer, Bourbon and BBQ in Cary; Great Grapes and Wine Festival in Cary just to name a few. 

 

R&B Grill is a family-owned mobile food business whom specializes in southern comfort foods. We started out cooking only BBQ pork ribs, grilled chicken and later adding Jumbo Smoked Turkey Legs.  Since then we have added various items to our menu including foods such as fried fish, fried chicken, fried shrimp, fried pork chops, Italian sausage, Philly cheesesteak, fries, iced tea, and our delicious homemade tropical lemonade.   

 

We cater ALL special events (graduations, weddings, and more)  whether big or small.
